Jessica Stockford (on maternity leave)

Jessica works on our Board Development programme and strategy for England. This work focuses on bringing business expertise and good governance practice to boards, including the board’s role in fundraising. Her work involves delivering training, facilitation and consultancy to whole boards and groups.

Jessica is also responsible for Arts & Business’ ‘Board Bank’ and ‘Young Professionals on Arts Boards’, initiatives that place respectively business people and 18-30 year olds onto the boards of arts organisations.

Jessica worked as an adviser to the Creative Enterprise Office in Glasgow and as festival and venue programmer. Jessica is a founder board member of The Basement, a live arts organisation and venue in Brighton. She sits on the Prince of Wales’ Good Governance Group and is a member of the NCVO’s Governance and Leadership Forum.
